One of the hardest things about eating avocados is cutting them.
I've cut myself tons of times trying to get around that stupid seed.
Then once you have it cut you either need to eat it all or throw it away. You can't put an avocado in a plastic bag and expect it to keep well.
This awesome thing helps with cutting and storage.
I highly recommend it.
